We are the Ukrainian team of the French pharmaceutical company MAYOLY, which has been taking care of the health of patients around the world for more than 100 years. Since 2018, we have been implementing modern European approaches in the field of gastroenterology and dermocosmetics in Ukraine. We work to ensure that every patient in Ukraine receives quality treatment and can enjoy the happy moments of life. MAYOLY products give doctors access to the valuable experience of French gastroenterology and dermatology. All this is for the health of our society!
We are actively developing educational projects that promote the dissemination of knowledge in gastroenterology, dermocosmetics and even emergency care among Ukrainian doctors. To be closer to our patients, we are developing our own digital ecosystem where everyone can get comprehensive information about our products.

Our roots
MAYOLY’s family history goes back more than 100 years.
In 1909, pharmacist Louis-Charles Vernin founded Laboratoires Galéniques Vernin, a company that produced herbal medicines for the health and cosmetic industries.
In 1929, Laboratoires Mayoly Spindler was established, which successfully launched new products and developed its business.
In 1964, Meteospasmyl was introduced to the global market.
In 1975, Jean-Marie Vernin acquired Laboratoires Mayoly Spindler, which was an important moment in the company’s growth.
In 1982, the company opened a production facility in Dammarie-les-Lys and acquired Rosa-Phytopharma, which is known in our market for the Chophytol brand.
In 1993, we launched the Topicrem line.
In 2006, the original Probiolog® portfolio was launched.
Since 2008, under the leadership of Jean-Nicolas Vernin, MAYOLY has been stepping up its development in the field of consumer healthcare.
In 2022, MAYOLY expanded its portfolio by acquiring the Ipsen family business. The MAYOLY line includes the Smecta, Fortrans, Eziklen, Forlax, Tanakan brands, etc.
Today, MAYOLY products are represented in more than 100 countries, which underscores the company’s international character and its ability to ensure high quality standards on a global scale.
